The Select Vestry is the business committee of the parish. Vestry exists to manage the money and buildings as effectively as it can, so that the ministry and outreach are well resourced.
Around Easter each year, a new Select Vestry is elected for the following twelve months, from the Register of Vestry Persons. In Magheralin Parish the Select Vestry is made up of four Church Wardens, two Glebe Wardens, and 12 additional members.
In February each year under the constitution of the Church of Ireland a revision of the Register of Vestry Members is carried out.
